YavaCo Technologies
YavaCo Technologies provides a one (1) year warranty on all Station components NOT COVERED BY INDIVIDUAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES LISTED BELOW.  Our warranties are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.  They apply only to the original purchaser.  If a Station component other than components covered by individual manufacturers (listed below) fails during the warranty period, YavaCo Technologies will, at its option, replace or repair the component at no charge.  YavaCo Technologies' entire liability shall be the repair or replacement of the defective component.  All warranties are void if the Station is modified or repaired without specific authorization in writing from YavaCo Technologies, or  equipment/components are returned to YavaCo Technologies without first receiving an RMA number from YavaCo Technologies.  There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a specific purpose.  Further, YavaCo Technologies shall not be liable in any way to the user or any other party for damages, including lost profits, liability in tort relating to the Station, its use or possession, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of, or inability to use the Station.

Mountain Mods manufactured products carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty.

Vantec
Vantec provides a one-year warranty on the Test Station Power Supply Units.

Indus Technologies
Indus Technologies provides a 5-year limited warranty on the Hard Drive Switch Unit.

Unicore Software, Inc.
Unicore Software, Inc. provides a 90-day warranty on the Check-ItŪ Diagnostic POST Test Card.

Touchstone Software, Inc.
Touchstone Software, Inc. provides a 90-day limited warranty on the disk(s) containing the Check-ItŪ program.

The following warranties only apply to components provided with the Turnkey version of the Station.  Both the components listed below and their warranties are subject to change.  Specific warranties for the following components (or their equivalent) will be provided to the customer at the time of purchase.

• Motherboard warranty to be determrined (three year minimum).
• Processor warranty to be determined (one year minimum).
• Manufacturers of RAM offer a lifetime warranty.
• Hard drive manufacturers offer a 36 month parts and labor warranty.
